At Allied Wellness Centers, the goal of our special offer is to introduce you to our practice and see if we’re the right fit for you and your condition. Our primary focus is to improve your health and reduce the risk of pain and illness. We hope for our special offer to be a step in your journey of rediscovering your health and wellness.
$50 New Patient Evaluation
The patient will get the benefit of seeing multiple practitioners necessary for a proper evaluation to determine the best treatment for them.
After a thorough examination, we will choose the right treatment for the patient. Considering the most conservative least expensive route, to the most extravagant as needed.
Patient Forms
Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. You may print and complete our brief patient forms located in the New Patient Center before coming to the office or wait and complete them at the office. This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition.
Consultation
You will talk with a specialist and explain the nature of your pain. The Doctor will discuss with you the details of your problem, including the history and intensity of your condition and how it has affected your life.
Examination
After the consultation, we will choose the treatment best suited for the patient. The goal is to isolate the specific cause of the problem.
Report of Findings
Once all the information and examinations have been performed, the Doctor will give you a report of findings to answer the most frequently asked questions:
1. What’s wrong?
2. Can you help me?
3. What do you recommend that I do to get better?
4. How much is it going to cost?
If you have a condition that requires care with other providers, the doctor will tell you. If we believe we can help you, we will recommend treatment.
