Meet Our Practitioners
Micah Mordecai, DC
Dr. Mordecai, co-founder of Allied Wellness Centers, graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M in 1989. He went on to attend Parker College of Chiropractic and graduated in 1993 at which time he moved to Central Texas. It is here that he met his wife of 22 years, Leann.
They have three children; Destinee, Taylor, and Tanner, and a grandson, Liam. Dr. Mordecai’s family has always been involved in sports. His father played tennis at Baylor and all three of his children played collegiate sports or are currently playing sports.
Dr. Mordecai has 25 years of experience treating athletes from weekend warriors to professionals. During the past 25 years, Dr. Mordecai has been working to continue his education with classes in sports injury, nutrition, and biomechanics.
Dr. Mordecai enjoys fishing, hunting, golf, and spending time with his children and grandson playing sports.
Ron Linderman, DC
Dr. Linderman, D.C., a Salutatorian graduate of Parker College of Chiropractic, has over 31 years of full time clinical practice in Waco, Texas. He has treated over 12,000 patients in his career. He is a prominent member of his community. He has worked very closely with several Baylor athletes of all different sports including Track and Field, and Football. Dr. Linderman has also worked on Olympic gold medalists, as well as other Olympic and Pan-Am game medalists and competitors. An athlete himself, Dr. Linderman has a passion for getting athletes back on the field or into the gym. He also loves family practice. He works everyday to get his patients back to a comfortable state of health, allowing them to do the things that they love.
When away from the office, Dr. Linderman enjoys spending time with his family and being active. On his day off, you will most likely find him on the golf course with his sons, grilling hamburgers for his family, or catching a movie!
MaKalynn Sanders, DC
Dr. MaK brings a passion and expertise to our practice! She earned her B.S. in Allied Health from Texas A&M (Gig ‘Em!) in 2021 and went on to complete her Doctorate of Chiropractic at Parker University in April 2025.
Dr. MaK is Webster certified in perinatal chiropractic care and has advanced training in infant and pediatric adjusting, as well as OTZ techniques. She’s committed to providing holistic, hands-on healing to the Waco community — one adjustment at a time.
A Waco native, she’s thrilled to be back near her family and lifelong friends as she starts this exciting new chapter.
Outside the office, Dr. MaK enjoys playing golf and indulging her love for all things Harry Potter, especially spending time with her two cats, Draco Meowfoy and Bellatrix!
Zac Libby, DC
Dr. Zac began his journey at the University of Maine, earning his degree in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science — all while serving on the Athletic Training Student Council. Inspired by a life-changing internship with Dr. Stephen Arsenault, Dr. Zac went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University. It was during this journey that he discovered his passion for chiropractic care!
Dr. Zac is certified in Activator, Flexion-Distraction, and Thompson techniques — and trained in Applied Kinesiology — allowing him to take a personalized, whole-body approach to healing. Now, he’s excited to serve the Waco community through holistic, hands-on care!
Born and raised in Central Maine, Dr. Zac has always valued faith, family, and movement — whether that’s on the field with friends or enjoying time at the golf course. These days, he’s loving life with his growing family here in Texas!
Leanne LeDoux (MSN, APRN, FNP-C)
Leanne has over 20 years of experience in healthcare. She holds a master’s degree in nursing and has a diverse clinical background in emergency medicine, urgent care, and neurology. She now specializes in regenerative medicine, a field focused on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal and repair damaged tissues. These treatments aim to reduce pain, restore function, and promote healing without surgery or long-term dependence on daily medications.
She believes true healing comes from identifying and treating the root cause of pain rather than simply masking symptoms. Her care philosophy emphasizes collaboration across specialties—including physical therapy, chiropractic care, orthopedics, and massage therapy—to ensure accurate diagnosis and comprehensive, individualized treatment.
She has been married for 25 years and is the mother of three sons and two grandchildren. She prioritizes caring for herself and her family, believing that personal well-being is essential to providing compassionate, effective care for others and helping patients return to active, pain-free lives.
